More than 10 years of experience in the gaming industry. He co-founded Vibra Gaming, a company that has become a role model in the Latin American market of games of chance. His last position there was as a Chief of Operations. His passion for challenge has led him to undertake another project and co-founded POW Gaming.
“Every member of the team deserves to be heard. The major goal is to create a challenging environment with people that defend the same values and are equally enthusiastic. This is an asset we must protect”, he says.
Dario Gimenez
Co-Founder
More than 15 years of experience in the industry of video games and games of chance. He founded two startups and led technology teams at different companies in the sector. His desire to create new gaming experiences has led him to co-found POW Gaming.
“I really enjoy designing and managing digital projects. A key part of my work consists in taking care of people and unleashing the potential of each member of the team”, he explains.
Gonzalo Tiesi

An entrepreneur by nature. After a long career in international sports, he led the creation of several projects in the entertainment industry. He is always striving to innovate and create value through an ongoing learning process. He stands out for his commitment and passion when facing professional challenges. His over 5 years of experience in the creation and monetization of digital communities allow him adding a strategic view and management skills to his role as co-founder of POW Gaming.
He says, “I strongly believe in the potential of diversity of work teams, an important part of POW’s essence. I like leading change and innovation processes to promote collective growth and generate processes aiming at excellence in all areas.”
Juan Martín Hernández

He was a professional rugby player. Today, outside the field, he leads his initiatives with the same passion, determination and discipline that allowed him to be regarded as one of the best players in the world. He has more than 5 years of experience in marketing technological development processes. He co-founded DOTS Innovation and BMG, both companies engaged in innovation in the sports and entertainment industries.
“POW’s vision encourages me to keep on pushing boundaries, building, innovating and transcending in a highly competitive world,” he explains.
